Each video (apart from the stretch) has two burnouts, which is basically taking the moves you just did and doing them as fast and hard as you can. Shaun T doesn’t give you a break between moves, you push until you drop. From the moment you begin until you hit the cooldown you are moving constantly. All but the stretch video are cardio based. There is no equipment needed other than a water bottle and a towel, because you’ll need it to wipe those tears of sweat away. The core of the workouts is 25 minutes, but with the cool down and intro they run at about 30 minutes each. Phase 1 (Alpha) is a 6 video workout program that runs at 5 weeks (the entire T25 is 10 weeks).
